PROOF OF VACCINATION REQUIRED!

Due to the recent Cook County Ordinance and requirements put in place by the hotel, we will now be requiring proof of vaccination status for all individuals age 5 and older. A copy or photo of the vaccine card/record on your phone is sufficient. Masks continue to be required for all players and spectators.

Open to players age 18 and under

Main event Tim Just Winter Open on Saturday and Sunday

Trophies to top 10 in each section

ENTRY FEE: SECTIONS:
  • $25 online by 12/31
  • $30 online by 1/7
  • $35 day of or onsite
  • Onsite entries after 11:30am receive ½-point bye for round 1
  • US Chess membership required
  • Rounds: 12:00, then ASAP subsequent rounds
  • SECTIONS: UNDER 1200 and UNDER 700
  • 5 Rounds at G/25;d5
  • Trophies to top 10 in each section
  • Participation award to all players
  • Open to players age 18 and under

Clocks provided for U1200 section
