Two-Week Tournament: 4-Round Swiss of Dual Rated Games 45 Minutes - 5 Second Delay
Schedule:
Rounds 1 & 2 on March 3rd: R1 ~7:00 pm / R2 ~8:30pm
Rounds 3 & 4 on March 10th: R3 ~7:00 pm / R4 ~8:30pm
Games start at 7pm and subsequent rounds begin shortly after the last game of the round is finished.
Pairings based on prior month quick/regular rating supplement
Byes are limited to 1-Half Point Bye, additional byes will be zero points.
If you plan to come to the tournament but are running late and are looking to pay in cash, please notify the organizer ahead of time.
If you show up late after pairings have been posted and have NOT registered or notified the director ahead of time, you can still sign up, but will receive an automatic half point bye for the 1st round

Entry Fee for Rated Games: $12 Online/ $10 Cash In Person
Can only play for one day? Let the director know so you will only have to pay $5 to play!
USCF Membership is Required to play in the Rated tournament

Parking
The Church parking lot space is limited to ~16 cars
Don't worry about the No Parking signs!
Street parking is free on weekends and free after 6pm on weekdays and generally plentiful
There’s paid parking as well around the UWM Campus
Closest is Union or Lubar Parking Garage $8-10 for the day

Up to 20 sets are provided, and only 10 clocks are available as well as notation sheets and writing utensils
Bringing your own clock is encouraged!
Refund Policy: If you register for the tournament and are unable to make it, please notify us at least one hour in advance of the start of round one. If this is done, then Milwaukee Chess will refund your entry fee less the cost of online registration ($1) and payment processing ($0.30 + 2.9% of the entry fee.)
