6 Double Round Swiss of Blitz Rated Games 3 Minutes + 2 Second Increment

Games start at 7pm and subsequent rounds begin shortly after the last game of the round is finished.
Pairings based on prior month blitz rating supplement

Byes are limited to 1-Half Point Bye, additional byes will be zero points.

Illegal Move = Forfeit
Illegal Move Claim must be made after opponent has pressed the clock

If you plan to come to the tournament but are running late and are looking to pay in cash, please notify the organizer ahead of time.

If you show up late after pairings have been posted and have NOT registered or notified the director ahead of time, you can still sign up, but will receive an automatic half point bye for the 1st double round.

Parking

The Church parking lot space is limited to ~16 cars

Don't worry about the No Parking signs!

Street parking is free on weekends and generally plentiful

There’s paid parking as well around the UWM Campus 

Closest is Union or Lubar Parking Garage $8-10 for the day

Bring a set and clock, up to 20 sets are provided, and only 5 clocks are available

Refund Policy: If you register for the tournament and are unable to make it, please notify us at least one hour in advance of the start of round one. If this is done, then Milwaukee Chess will refund your entry fee less the cost of online registration ($1) and payment processing ($0.30 + 2.9% of the entry fee.)
