Description: 4 Round Swiss Tournament, Time Control is G\25 d5

Sections: Under 2000, Under 1400, Under 900 (This section includes Unrated Players)

Registration Fee: $12 until February 28, 2025, then $15 until March 15, 2025.

Under 2000

  • 1st Place: $60
  • 2nd Place: $40
  • 3rd Place: $30

Under 1400

  • 1st Place: $50
  • 2nd Place: $30
  • 3rd Place: $20

Under 900 / Unrated

  • 1st Place: $40
  • 2nd Place: $20
  • 3rd Place: $10

Sets and Clocks: Sets and clocks will not be provided, please bring your own chess sets and clocks.

Play-Up: To play-up, you must be within 100 points of the section rating ceiling. Ex: Must be 800 to move up from U900 to U1400. Play-Up fee: $10

  • Please confirm your child's name is on the entry list.  They are not registered unless they are on the entry list. (Contact us if there was a problem)
  • If possible, please bring your own chess sets and clocks
  • Food is not provided so it is recommended to eat nearby, bring a sack lunch, or get snacks and drinks from vending machines within the building.
  • Free WiFi is in the building
  • There is no elimination; all players will play all four rounds (Unless a bye is requested)
  • If you are unable to pay the fee, please contact us to work out a suitable arrangement
