This tournament is open to all chess players (K-12).
US Chess membership required for all rated sections.
Format:
5 rounds Swiss G25/d5
Time:
Round 1 starts at 10 am, subsequent rounds ASAP after all games are completed.
Sections:
- U1200 – Must be rated 600 to play up – clocks will be provided.
- U700
- Not-rated – This section is not rated and limited to rated players under 300
Awards:
Est. 4 pm, could be sooner if all rounds are completed early.
Each section has individual 1st - 5th place and top 2 teams, based on top 4 scores
per team with a 2-player minimum.

Entry Fee:
- Online by 9/21 - $35
- Online by 9/28 - $40
- Day-of or Onsite - $50 – Onsite entries after 9:30am receive ½-point bye for round 1.
