5 round double Swiss (10 total games). G/3; inc. 2.  USCF and FIDE blitz rated.  Higher of USCF blitz or regular rating used.

Entry fee online $25 by 2/18, $30 online thereafter or on site. Free entry to IL titled players FM/WFM or higher.
