    Open Section: 1600+, 1400+ can play up for $20

    U1600 Section: 1599-800

Location: 47 West Polk, Chicago, IL 60657

Format: Four Games, 90+30

Schedule: Round 1 at 9:30 AM Saturday, Round 2 at 2:30pm, Round 3 at 9:30am Sunday, Round 4 at 2:30pm Sunday.

Registration: $40 online by 1 week before; $50 by one day before; $55 after that

Prizes:

    Open Section: Trophies and free entry in a future event for first, second, and U2000

    U1600 Section: Trophies and free entry in a future event for first, second, and U1200

Registration closes 15 minutes before the first round. Any players not registered before then will receive a round 1 bye.

Medals: All children who score higher than 50% will receive a medal

Titled Players: FIDE titles receive automatic free entry.

Transportation: We are right next to the Harrison Red Line, Lasalle Blue Line, and Harold Washington Library Loop stop. Additionally we are 1 mile from Union Station and 1.3 miles from Ogilvie.

Parking: Paid parking is available behind Dearborn Station, but there is also street parking, lots, and garages nearby.
