The SE WI College Chess League is hosted by the chess clubs at UW-Milwaukee, UW-Whitewater, and Marquette University. Tournaments held in this league, however, are open to any player. To be eligible for trophies at the end of the SE WI CCL season, a player must be a student, alumnus/a, instructor, or staff member at a university, college, or technical institute. When registering, the player must indicate their institution or label themselves as an unattached player.

There is no entry fee to play these events but anyone registered that is unable to play must contact the tournament director ahead of round 1.

This event will be hosted by the Chess Club at UW-Milwaukee at 2200 E Kenwood Blvd Room E280, Milwaukee, WI 53211.

There will be two sections: an Open and a U1200. These sections may be combined based on registration numbers.

The score a player has earned in one round of the SE WI CCL will carry over to each subsequent round of the SE WI CCL.
