Entry Fee: $40 by October 18, $50 after, $55 onsite. $10 play-up fee for players rated under 1200. Onsite card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Registration: Onsite registration 9:00 AM - 9:45 AM on October 26. USCF membership required. Onsite available.

Unrated players may not play in the Open.

Broadcast: The top boards in the open section will be live broadcast! Please check back later for a link.

  • R1: 10:00 AM
  • R2: 2:00 PM
  • R3: 6:00 PM

Sunday:

  • R4: 11:30 AM
  • R5: 3:30 PM

 

 

RBO:

Entry Fee: $10 by October 18, $15 after, $20 onsite. Onsite card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Prizes: Trophies to 1st, 2nd, 3rd overall, top U1000, top U800, top U600, top U400, top U200, top Unrated. Biggest upset will also receive a trophy. Unrated players eligible for overall trophies and unrated trophies only.

Parking: There is a parking garage connected to the memorial union which charges $20 for a day
pass. From here, enter the building and head to the third floor. There is free parking at the 500
Wallace Rd Garage near the Gerdin building on campus. From this garage, head down Wallace
Road towards Union Drive, then enter the memorial union and head to the third floor. On weekends,
parking is usually free on campus in areas designated as permit required from Monday – Friday.
Additional information:  Byes:  One 1/2-point bye per player.  Last round bye must be requested
prior to the start of the 1st round receive a 1/2-point, and cannot be withdrawn. Byes for all other rounds must be requested 1
hour prior to the start of the round. NO ELECTRONIC SCORESHEETS. No spectators are
allowed in the playing hall 10 minutes after the start of the round. Players are allowed to
spectate after their game is over.  Spectator rules are subject to change.
