We are located at 6284 Spring Mountain Road in Las Vegas, NV. That's just west of Jones on Spring Mountain.

 

Tournament information
Date: December 8, 2024 @ 1:00pm. We will start on time so please expect and anticipate traffic. 
Time Control: G3+2. Double Rounds. Each round, players will play White and Black
Rounds: TBD (anticipate 7 double rounds totaling 14 games). Multiple sections may be created.
Rating: Blitz ratings will be used for pairing. In the absence of a Blitz rating (unrated in Blitz), Regular rating will be used. Only your Blitz rating will be affected by the results of this tournament. Your Regular rating will not be affected by this tournament. 
Prizes: Minimum 10 players required. With multiple sections grouped by rating, each section will have prizes for the top two winners. First Place Winner in each section receives $60 Amazon Gift card. Second place wins $40 Amazon Gift card. Prizes will be divided equally among multiple winners per section. USCF Tiebreaks are NOT used for gift card prizes since gift card prizes can be divided.

Target audience: Adults and kids USCF members who enjoy Blitz

Fee: $33 in advance. Save $3 with cash or personal check before December 6. To pay with cash or personal check, this form MUST be completed by Marvin directly. 
Onsite registration: $40 pending available space

NOTE: Some tournaments allow onsite registration for an additional fee if space is available. Entry after any tournament starts will be permitted only to make an even number of players and is at the sole discretion of the TD. Pre-paid entrants will always be admitted.
