Basic Information: Tournament will be four-round, Swiss-System events. Games held at the Manhattan Public Library. Rated by the United States Chess Federation.

Round Times:

Check in starts at 9:30am for those not registered.

Round 1 - 10:00

Lunch - 11:30

Round 2 - 12:30

Round 3 - 2:00

Round 4 - 3:30

Players may request a single half-point bye for any round

Sections: Open section, open to players above 1400. U1400 section, open to those rated under 1400 on the official August USCF rating list.

Time Control: All moves must be completed in 30 minutes, with a 5-second delay per move starting from move 1.
