In the registration forms King Registration may collect any of the following information: name, address, phone, and email. This information is only provided to the tournament organizers for any events that you have registered. This information will never be sold or otherwise given to others or outside third parties except as required by law. Please contact the individual tournament organizer for their privacy policy if you need further information.
King Registration supports Stripe and PayPal for transaction processing. The tournament organizer has the choice of which system to use. Credit cards will be processed using the selected system chosen by the organizer. The organizer may change their selection of payment processor at any time.

The refund policy is determined by each individual tournament organizer. Any specific or unusual refund information will be provided in the tournament description. Please contact the individual tournament organizer or use the Contact form to request specific or more information. In general, refunds are granted as long as they are requested prior to the first round of the tournament. Some organizers may elect to impose a deadline date for refund requests or elect to reduce the refund by a handling charge. King Registration does request the organizer to post this information in its listing if this is the case.
